Everything you need to know about how we ship our delicious food to your doorstep and what to do if you're not completely satisfied. We're committed to ensuring your order arrives fresh and that you enjoy every bite.

Shipping details

We ship orders every Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail. 48 hours delivery is available for England, Wales, and Scotland except Northern Ireland. Note that Northern Ireland requires different shipping arrangements. Same 2 days delivery but extra fee.

Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we've sent you the wrong item, we'll issue a voucher for your next order. If any of our products are damaged or spoiled upon receipt, please send photo evidence via email or WhatsApp, and we will refund the amount for the damaged item(s).

Delivery area

Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom. Please remember that Northern Ireland necessitates distinct shipping procedures compared to other regions.
